Can I change my delivery and / or billing address later?
A subsequent change to your delivery and / or billing address is unfortunately not possible for logistical and legal reasons. As soon as we have received the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. From this point onwards, no more address changes are possible.
How do I find out if my order has arrived?
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive written information at the email address you provided.

Who bears the cost of the return?

How can I buy as a company with no tax?
Possible net purchase for companies. The following steps must be completed: Please register in our online store and send us the following documents: info@carbonschwarz.com
- Commercial register excerpt of your company.
- Identity card of the company owner.
- Tax number (VAT).
After we check the documents, you will be informed if an order without tax is possible.
