Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at Cart or Checkout after you have selected your country.
Once your order has been made, we will prepare it for shipping, and hand it over to EESTI OMNIVA.
Packages are shipped from our office in Tallinn, Estonia with DHL, OMNIVA, DPD.
After your order is shipped, we mark it as completed and you will receive an email from us with a tracking number of your package. If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, but your order was set to completed, simply get in touch with us via email, Facebook or Instagram and we will kindly share it to you (You may have entered a wrong email address at checkout).
PROCESSING TIMES: 1 – 2 days.
individual products according to customer specifications may have a longer order processing time.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM (Orders are not processed on major holidays).
